New fuel station in the TAMOIL network

It's in Sirnach, in the canton of Thurgau, that TAMOIL has opened a new fuel station with a shop. As the region is undergoing significant real estate development, demands for additional offerings are increasingly numerous, including the need for service stations.

After a year of construction, the TAMOIL station in Sirnach opened on Thursday, August 24^th, 2023. The station is equipped with four pumps offering Unleaded95, Unleaded98, Diesel and AdBlue®. As this is a new construction, a chamber for AdBlue® could be included in the underground tank, allowing to refuel AdBlue® directly from the pump, and without an above-ground tank taking up unnecessary space. Thus, the TAMOIL network currently includes ten stations equipped with a pump for AdBlue®.

The residents of the new Obermattpark construction and the surrounding area benefit not only from a fuel station in the immediate vicinity, but also from an additional shopping opportunity: the station includes a shop operated by SPAR under its SPAR express banner. On 120 m² and 360 days a year, SPAR express offers a well-stocked assortment for everyday needs with a wide range of fresh products ranging from fruits, vegetables, bread and fine baked goods to dairy products, cheese and meat. Chilled drinks are offered as well as flowers and small gifts. In its bistro, freshly brewed self-service coffee can be enjoyed as early as 6 a.m. - in good weather conditions also on its covered terrace. Besides croissants and bread rolls, a variety of hot and cold snacks are also on offer.
